Dyami Bryant joins me to discuss the future of ABC NO RIO and the "Final Show" that happened this past weekend.
ABC NO RIO is a social center located in NYC's Lower East Side and was founded in 1980. In addition the the weekly hardcore punk matinees, ABC NO RIO features a dark room, art gallery, silkscreening setup, zine library and public computer lab. Despite the encroachment of the dollar-hungry yuppie horde, they continue to prevail. As more and more of New York's culture is torn down and replaced by generic capitalism, institutions like ABC NO RIO battle to survive and are as crucial as ever.

Terry Graham is an O.G. in the American Punk Scene. He played drums in the Gun Club with the LA Balladeer Jeffrey Lee Pierce as well as the equally legendary band The Bags. He was there for the early days of the L.A. Punk Scene. His forthcoming book, "Punk Like Me" covers all of that action.
